No. Order a single patch or a thousand tumblers — every order gets the same care. We don’t do “minimum 50 pieces, call for pricing.” Quantity discounts kick in automatically as you add more of the same product.

All the time — it’s most of who we are. Squadron and unit patches, station tumblers, department hats, retirement and change-of-command gifts. For big runs, check our bulk pricing or send us a note and we’ll put together a quote.

PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP up to 25 MB. For the sharpest result use a transparent PNG or an SVG, sized so it prints at 300 DPI or better. The designer warns you if an image is too low-resolution for the size you’ve chosen.

Yes. Our production team reviews every design before it goes on a machine. If something looks off — low resolution, text too close to the edge, a stray background — we pause your item and email you. Nothing is printed until the artwork is right.

The live preview in the designer is your proof: it shows your art at true scale on the product. If we need to change anything, we’ll ask you to approve it before production.

Only if you own it or have permission to use it. When you add a design to your cart you confirm you have the rights to it. We decline orders that infringe someone else’s trademark or copyright, or that contain hateful content.

UV printing jets full-color ink — including white — straight onto the product and cures it instantly with UV light, so photos, gradients and bright colors look great. Laser engraving permanently etches your design into the material for a tone-on-tone, premium finish that can’t peel or fade. The designer shows you exactly how each will look.

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after your artwork is approved. Transit is typically 3–6 business days with Standard, 2–3 with Expedited. Need it yesterday? Rush moves your order to the front of the production queue and ships with our fastest service.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more after discounts; otherwise it’s a flat $5.99. Expedited and Rush options are shown with exact prices and delivery dates at checkout.

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. We’re not able to ship internationally yet.

You’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also check status any time from your account, or on our Track order page with your order number and email.

Yes, automatically. Patches get 10% off at 10+, 15% at 25+, 20% at 50+ and 25% at 100+. Tumblers, hats, tees and power banks get 10% off at 12+, 15% at 24+ and 20% at 48+. Mix colors and sizes of the same product and they all count toward the tier.

All major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partner — card numbers never touch our servers.

We collect sales tax only where we’re required to. The exact amount is calculated from your shipping address and shown before you pay.

Because every piece is made to order with your artwork, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or a wrong size you picked. But if anything arrives defective, damaged or not as ordered, we’ll reprint it or refund you — just tell us within 30 days of delivery.

Set your iron to cotton (no steam), place the patch, cover it with a thin cloth and press firmly for 30–45 seconds. Flip the garment and press the back for another 30 seconds. Let it cool fully before moving it.

Turn it inside out, machine wash cold with like colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don’t iron directly on the print.

Laser engraving is permanent and dishwasher safe. For UV-printed tumblers we recommend hand washing to keep colors vivid for years. Don’t microwave or freeze any steel tumbler.
